MAGANG MINAT DAN BAKAT 2024

Pesantren Alam Sayang Ibu successfully organized an internship program focusing on students' interests and talents (Minat dan Bakat) for 8th grade MTs students from February 4th to 8th, 2024. In this program, each student was placed in various industries according to their interests and talents. They spent a full week learning firsthand and experiencing the processes within their chosen industries.

The students were assigned to diverse internship locations, ranging from creative industries such as graphic design studios and art galleries, to food industries like organic farming and food processing. Additionally, some students were placed in local news media outlets to understand the news production process from coverage to broadcasting.

During their internships, students were given the opportunity to interact directly with professionals in their respective industries. They observed and participated in day-to-day work processes, gaining a deep understanding of the demands and challenges faced in each industry sector.

Throughout the internship program, students not only acquired practical knowledge but also developed interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and adaptability to work environments. This program provided invaluable experiences to help students prepare for entering the workforce in the future, while also broadening their horizons about various potential career paths.
